The room configuration was perfect for families because it had a two sleeping areas which including a sitting room, bunk beds and a sleeper sofa for my 3 daughters, plus a full size bed for me. Both spaces had their own tv too. My daughters said this was their favorite hotel we’ve stayed at, and that speaks volumes because we have traveled a lot this year for their cheer competitions. We also utilized the in house restaurant, which was conveniently located on the ground floor and offered reasonably priced kids meals with very generous portions. A hot buffet breakfast was included with our stay. My girls each enjoyed the food options, which is incredible because my 6 and 8 year old can be very picky eaters.

We had a clean room with kitchen, a nice view which was a plus for us, very pleasant every area very clean and the lady at the front desk was exceptional, breakfast was great and the location was great; we will definitely be coming back here 👍. Thank you Hyatt house at Anaheim resort/ convencional center.we had a great time and we can’t wait to come back again

Just stayed here for 3 nights in the 2 queen/pull out bed room. Rooms were clean and spacious. Room got cleaned on the second day. Staff was quick and attentive whenever we needed anything. Breakfast was just right! Enough to keep us full until lunch. We had an early flight on our last morning and staff was kind enough to let me start getting food 10 mins early. Toy Story shuttle to Disneyland was so convenient. Loved this hotel!

The hotel is new and well maintained. The included breakfast was varied for all palates and plentiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location to Disneyland was perfect, but may be too long to walk with small children.

Extremely helpful front desk check-in staff, especially Melissa who greeted all guests with a big smile and excellent service. A minor issue with maintenance was very efficiently and professionally sorted with no fuss. Room was spotless and comfortable for a family stay over for a few days. Great location and proximity to theme parks and parking with access to Disney car park shuttle.

The building was extremely quiet, clean and comforting. My King Size bed, top floor room met all my expectations. I had some amazing rest while visiting Disneyland. The breakfast in the morning exceeded my expectations and the cook preparing it was very kind. Can’t wait to come back in November!

Beautiful hotel within walking distance of the Anaheim Convention Center. Large rooms with couch and living area. Comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast provided was really good. Underground parking garage feels safe and keeps car cool in summer. Only complaint is the $28 charge PLUS tax for parking which brought it over $30/night! Should be free if you are a Hyatt member.

spacious and close proximity to disneyland. 20min walk to disneyland. underground safe parking. room keys used to enter the parking lot.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable, the room we code slept 6 and it was a little small for all 6 of us, but we were gone most of the day so it worked just fine. It was great having a hit breakfast. We would have enjoyed a bit more variety of foods. The breakfast was basically the same each day. But overall, it was a great place to stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was also great!
